Where do we even begin with thanking Hillstone, our dream venue and the most beautiful setting for our wedding day. 🤍
 
There are so many people who made our experience truly unforgettable. From the start, Donika made the venue tour such a relaxed and easy decision, we were instantly in love. Hannah was a huge help in the early planning stages, always quick to respond and so helpful with all the details as we locked everything in.

As the day got closer, Jess stepped in and she was nothing short of amazing. Every email was answered so quickly, no question ever felt too small, and her level of organisation gave us so much peace of mind. On the day itself, Jess was such a calm and friendly presence, especially in those quiet moments right before walking down the aisle.

 
To all the waitstaff and team members who looked after us and our guests, thank you so much. Drinks were topped up before we even realised we needed another, and everything from canapés to dinner was served with a warm smile and a wonderfully professional attitude. You created such a welcoming and effortless atmosphere for everyone. And the food, wow. Our guests are absolutely raving about it! Every dish was perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour.

A special shoutout to the Bridal party attendees, you were phenomenal. So friendly, easy to get along with, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole day. This thoughtful service from Hillstone was such a standout for us and made everything feel even more special.

There were so many small touches throughout our experience with Hillstone, from the planning process to the wedding day itself that showed just how much care goes into what they do. The Fountain, Mango Tree Terrace and Grandview room are all absolutely stunning, Hillstone is picture-perfect in every way, but that’s just the icing on the cake. It was the people and the service that truly made this venue feel like the perfect place for us to say “I do.”
 
We feel incredibly lucky to have found Hillstone through a recommendation, and we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend it to anyone else. Thank you for everything! 💫

Hillstone was a dream venue, not just because of the stunning location but because the team was so lovely to work with from start to finish. Jess executed every detail of the setup flawlessly, and the entire space looked incredible. Ben, our bridal attendant, went above and beyond to make sure we felt relaxed, cared for, and truly special on the day. The food was absolutely delicious, and we’ve had so many guests tell us it was some of the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding.

We are so happy we chose Hillstone St Lucia as our wedding venue! The space was absolutely stunning, and we felt so lucky to celebrate in such an elegant setting that hardly needed any extra styling. A big thank you to Jess and Bridget for being so patient, organised, and supportive throughout the planning process. Everything ran so smoothly and made the lead-up to the day stress-free. We’re so grateful to the Hillstone team for helping make our day unforgettable and would highly recommend them to any couple!

Hillstone was perfect for our wedding. We had the best day with a perfect ceremony in the garden followed by a delicious dinner in the Library Bar. The staff were amazing on the day and helped make everything run smoothly – we can’t fault them!

We had our wedding reception at St Lucia in November 2024. It was incredible!!! The wedding team went above and beyond. The organisation and communication leading up to the wedding was fantastic. The wedding team on the day did such an incredible job. The room looked stunning, the staff were so friendly and our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was. We were meant to get photos on the golf course but unfortunately it rained and we were unable to get photo on site. However the wedding coordinator suggested UQ which took so much stress away from trying to find somewhere else to take photos. Once the rain stopped we did manage to get some beautiful photos at Hillstone as well. We had over 230 guests and the team were amazing! I would recommend St Lucia to everyone! Thank you Hillstone wedding team for making our day so special 💗
