Hosting hundreds of corporate events over the past few years has made us experts in providing effective and engaging experiences. Whether you’re looking to bring your team together and motivate them for a fruitful year, or embrace the tranquillity of the location and celebrate what your business has achieved, we have you covered.

We host a wide variety of corporate events including:

We’re one of the few venues in Brisbane that can accommodate over 500 guests, with space options up to 1,000, so you’ll have nothing constricting your function. Our space is dynamic; each room’s configuration is completely up to you.

Hillstone is a close and convenient distance from offices in the CBD, yet our location enables guests to escape the city and enter tranquillity. The beautiful green surrounds of the golf course and the old Queensland charm of our buildings creates a calming sense of place that people enjoy and thrive in.


Meetings and conferences

If you need a location for an important meeting or conference (national or international), our space is yours. The Grand View Room is our principal space that is able to cater to a number of types of conferences, product launches or other large-scale events.

Meetings become vibrant with the natural light and subtle breeze that each of our rooms possess. And with an impressive view (highly desired for weddings), break-out areas in intermissions and Hundred Acre Bar close by, there’s plenty of features to bolster the quality and appeal of your corporate event.

Hillstone venues are equipped with audio visual equipment and can be booked for any day of the week – with more affordable midweek packages – for a morning, afternoon, night or all-day event. Catering options are also available for meals or roaming canapés.


Galas and Balls

When it becomes the time of year to dress up and celebrate, our classically styled rooms, professional service and delicious catering make gala events at Hillstone a fairy tale evening. Bring your corporate family together at our home and embrace the Swedish hospitality of our Directors, Jens Holland and Hans Pettersson.

Hillstone has been planning and directing galas for the past 30 years, including fine dinners and enchanting balls. Our coordinators would love to help turn your event into a wonderful success. Or if you decide to choose your own providers, we will assist them in every way we can.
