Hillstone’s Wedding Packages have been thoughtfully designed to include everything you need to create your perfect day. At Hillstone, we pride ourselves on offering options that reflect the latest in style and sophistication, ensuring every detail can be tailored to bring your dream 

Hillstone offers two ceremony spaces — the Courtyard Garden and the Fountain location — both set within the property’s established grounds. Whether you’re planning something intimate or celebrating with a full guest list, both spaces have been designed to let the setting do what it does best.

Every wedding package includes a dedicated coordinator who manages the ceremony and reception from start to finish, so the day runs without you having to think about it. Alongside them, your bridal attendant stays with you from the moment you arrive until the last song — there to keep things moving, keep your glass full, and make sure you’re actually present for all of it.

Your wedding ceremony includes:

• Courtyard Garden or Fountain ceremony location
• 20 rustic timber ceremony chairs
• Ornate registry table and chairs
• Portable PA system
• Takeaway canapé and beverage basket for the bridal party during your photoshoot

The reception is where the day settles in — and Hillstone’s three reception spaces are built for exactly that. Each room has its own character, from the Grandview Room’s outlook across the grounds, to the warmth of the Rosewood Room, all of them carry the kind of atmosphere that’s hard to manufacture and impossible to replicate.

Packages cover ceremony and reception together, or reception only if you’re holding your ceremony elsewhere.

• Dedicated Wedding Coordinator
• White Tiffany chairs with padded cushions
• Easel and mirror for seating plan
• Tea lights for all tables
• Printed menus for each table
• Fully set tables with white napery
• Individual vases for bridal bouquets
• Aux connectivity
• Dancefloor and 6 pieces of staging (Grand View Room only)
• Lectern, microphone and PA system (Grand View Room and Rosewood Room only)
• Freshly brewed coffee and tea served buffet style
• Dressed gift and cake tables
