Where do we even begin with thanking Hillstone, our dream venue and the most beautiful setting for our wedding day. There are so many people who made our experience truly unforgettable. From the start, Donika made the venue tour such a relaxed and easy decision, we were instantly in love. Hannah was a huge help in the early planning stages, always quick to respond and so helpful with all the details as we locked everything in.

As the day got closer, Jess stepped in and she was nothing short of amazing. Every email was answered so quickly, no question ever felt too small, and her level of organisation gave us so much peace of mind. On the day itself, Jess was such a calm and friendly presence, especially in those quiet moments right before walking down the aisle.

To all the waitstaff and team members who looked after us and our guests, thank you so much. Drinks were topped up before we even realised we needed another, and everything from canapés to dinner was served with a warm smile and a wonderfully professional attitude. You created such a welcoming and effortless atmosphere for everyone. And the food, wow. Our guests are absolutely raving about it! Every dish was perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour. A special shoutout to the Bridal party attendees, you were phenomenal. So friendly, easy to get along with, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole day. This thoughtful service from Hillstone was such a standout for us and made everything feel even more special.

There were so many small touches throughout our experience with Hillstone, from the planning process to the wedding day itself that showed just how much care goes into what they do. The Fountain, Mango Tree Terrace and Grandview room are all absolutely stunning, Hillstone is picture-perfect in every way, but that’s just the icing on the cake. It was the people and the service that truly made this venue feel like the perfect place for us to say “I do.”

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Hillstone through a recommendation, and we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend it to anyone else. Thank you for everything!

From the moment we booked with Hillstone, we knew we’d made the right choice, but our wedding day exceeded every expectation. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, the food was exceptional, and the service throughout the day was flawless. So many of our guests commented on how delicious the meals were and how attentive and professional every staff member was.

The biggest thank you, however, goes to our wedding coordinator, Jess. She was simply incredible. From the planning process right through to the wedding day, Jess was organised, calm, kind, and genuinely invested in making our day everything we’d hoped for. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made the entire experience feel so easy and stress-free.

On the day itself, Jess worked tirelessly behind the scenes, ensuring everything ran seamlessly while allowing us to simply enjoy every moment. Knowing she was there gave us complete confidence that everything was under control.

Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but having someone like Jess by our side made all the difference. We are so grateful for her dedication, care, and professionalism. She is truly an asset to Hillstone.

Tamara – She brought the vibe from the very start and made us feel like we’d known her for years, while still being completely professional. Her experience really shone throughout the day, she often anticipated our needs before we even realised them and showed genuinely joy in helping us.

Cameron – The kindest and most helpful man. Multiple guests mentioned how helpful he was throughout the night. He proactively organised key moments and made it easy for us to relax and enjoy the evening.

Bridget – The sweetest person I’ve met. She helped set up our day so beautifully and made every request feel easy. Thank you for swooping in and pinning my button back on, a true lifesaver.

Hillstone was the perfect venue for our wedding. The staff were exceptional, the service was seamless, and the entire property is truly stunning. The convenience of having the ceremony and reception spaces located side by side made the day effortless for our guests and removed the stress of travelling between locations. The golf course backdrop created an incredible setting for photos, and the golf‑buggy ride was so much fun. The food was outstanding! Beautifully presented, tasted amazing and generously portioned. Our guests consistently commented on how impressed they were. Hillstone exceeded every expectation. If you are choosing a wedding venue, this is the place.

The whole team was amazing. Our Sales contact Donika who explained the processes and made us feel so at ease at choosing Hillstone and Jess our incredible wedding coordinator – I felt so much more relaxed knowing she had everything under control.

On the day Cameron, Jess (another one) and Sophie were also busy making sure everything ran smooth, all of our guests were never without a drink and we were able to trust that it was all taken care of.

The Food was amazing, we received praise from so many of our guests saying how great their meals were. My vegetarian and vegan friends also raved about the cauliflower entree in particular!

The whole venue was stunning and the way weddings are held at Hillstone are so seamless, I loved being able to get photos on the golf course and then being able to come back and enjoy the cocktail hour with our friends. It feels like they have thought of everything! So many of our guests said it was the favourite wedding they’ve been to.
