In 2026, St Lucia Golf Links proudly celebrates 100 years of golf on its historic riverside fairways – one of Brisbane’s most enduring sporting landscapes.
Since opening in 1926, generations of golfers have walked these fairways. From young players learning the game for the first time, to returned soldiers enjoying a round after the Second World War, to families, friends and locals who have made this course part of their weekly ritual – St Lucia Golf Links has long been woven into the social fabric of Brisbane.
Spanning 5,411 metres (par 69), the course continues to challenge and inspire golfers of all levels. With scenic views, a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and well-maintained facilities just minutes from the city, it remains more than just a public golf course, it’s a place where memories are made, stories are shared, and Brisbane comes together on the green.
