The ceremony is where the day begins, surrounded by gardens, open skies and the people who have come to celebrate with you. Hillstone’s Courtyard Garden and Fountain each offer their own setting, from an intimate gathering to a celebration with everyone you love. Both spaces let the natural beauty of the grounds take centre stage, creating a setting that feels effortless and entirely your own. Behind the scenes, a dedicated coordinator takes care of the details from ceremony through to reception, while your bridal attendant stays by your side from the moment you arrive until the last song, keeping things moving, your glass full, and the day exactly where it should be: in the moment.

Your wedding ceremony includes:

• Courtyard Garden or Fountain ceremony location
• 40 rustic timber ceremony chairs
• Ornate registry table and chairs
• Portable PA system
• Takeaway canapé and beverage basket for the bridal party during your photoshoot

The reception is where the day begins to linger, where dinner stretches into conversation, glasses are raised and the celebrations carry into the night. Hillstone’s three reception spaces each have their own character, from the sweeping outlook of the Grandview Room to the warmth and intimacy of the Rosewood Room. Shaped by their surroundings and layered with the character of the property, each space has an atmosphere that feels distinctly Hillstone. Choose a ceremony and reception together, or make the reception your own if you’re saying your vows elsewhere.
