Hillstone St Lucia Director and wine aficionado Jens Holland is always on hand to discuss the beverage component of your wedding. He is able to organise tastings as well as guide prospective couples in making the right choices for their individual event.

Executive Chef David Nield has sourced the freshest local produce to create a range of menus perfectly suited to your special day. With a focus on Modern Australian cuisine, David and his team can also cater for specialised dietary requirements including Halal, Gluten Free and Vegetarian dishes.
