Hillstone gave us a wonderful experience from start to finish! We recently had our wedding reception at Hillstone – St Lucia and had an incredibly smooth experience in the organisation, lead up, pack up and of course the big day itself! . Our guests still rave to us about the exceptional food, drinks, atmosphere, and service they all experienced throughout the night and we could not agree more. 

The day itself was easy, fun, and we did not have to think about a thing! We were met with incredible service, brief check ins, and so much excitement on our behalf. Of all the days you want to go smoothly – your wedding day is the one! Hillstone delivered everything we could have ever wanted and went above and beyond our expectations. Where do we even begin with thanking Hillstone, our dream venue and the most beautiful setting for our wedding day. There were so many small touches throughout our experience with Hillstone, from the planning process to the wedding day itself that showed just how much care goes into what they do. The Fountain, Mango Tree Terrace and Grandview room are all absolutely stunning, Hillstone is picture-perfect in every way, but that’s just the icing on the cake. It was the people and the service that truly made this venue feel like the perfect place for us to say “I do.” We feel incredibly lucky to have found Hillstone through a recommendation, and we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend it to anyone else.

Alongside, your bridal attendant is with you from the moment you arrive until the very last song, keeping your glass full, managing your dress, and being that friendly, familiar face. Fit for a feast

Good food has a way of bringing people together. At Hillstone, everything is prepared on-site by our culinary team, led by Executive Chef Nacho Castells. Our wedding packages can be tailored with thoughtful additions to suit the way you want to celebrate. Fresh oysters during cocktail hour. An interactive roaming cannoli. Late-night cheeseburgers when the dancefloor calls for fuel. The little moments that turn dinner into part of the story, and give everyone something to talk about on the way home.

THE PACKAGES

Hillstone St Lucia is a Brisbane wedding venue that offers two unique outdoor wedding ceremony locations: the Fountain area, which suits guest numbers from 100 to 200, and the Courtyard Garden, which accommodates 20 to 100 people. We also have a number of stunning spaces available for your reception.

The Courtyard Garden offers a stunning location for a garden ceremony and reception. After the ceremony, this space can transform into a reception venue that comfortably seats up to 32 people. 

The Fountain offers a garden ceremony space suitable for larger weddings, catering for up to 20 guests seated and standing.

Rest assured Hillstone has a wet weather contingency plan in place for both event spaces in case it happens to rain. Your wedding coordinator will be in contact with the person you nominate to make the decision an hour prior to guests arriving at the venue.

Hillstone is a wedding location that caters for gatherings as small as 20 people up to a maximum of 500 people. Recently Hillstone has teamed up with Pash and Dash who offers couples premium elopement and intimate wedding packages. More information is available here.

Yes, Hillstone has over 200 complimentary car spaces onsite.

Hillstone wedding packages and menus are seasonal and updated regularly, and all dietaries can be catered for. We also offer cocktail menus and Indian buffet menus upon request. While our wedding menu’s are set, our chefs know how sentimental food can be, so if there’s something special you’d love to include, we’re always happy to chat about it.
