Conducting important off-site business meetings and finding larger industry conference venues in Brisbane can be a tricky prospect. Comfort is of paramount importance for long sit-downs, but so are the available amenities and services at the venue. At Hillstone, we’re committed to ticking all those boxes and our record proves it – we’ve proudly hosted almost 200 meetings and conferences in 2017.

Our venues, part of only a handful of conference rooms in Brisbane that can accommodate up to 500 guests, are designed with tranquillity and productivity foremost in mind, helping to not only inspire your team but keep them focused. Couple this with our fabulous restaurant hundred acre bar for dining, fully catered spaces, and the one of Queensland’s best golf courses St Lucia Golf Links  just nearby (perfect for team-building exercises), and you have the ideal destination for any work event.

We have 5 meeting and conference spaces available at Hillstone St Lucia; The Grand View Room, The Mango Tree Terrace, The Boardroom, The Rosewood Room and The Library Bar. All of these spaces are perfect for work and corporate events of any size or scope.

The Grand View Room has a massive 500-person conference capacity, while The Boardroom makes meeting room hire a breeze with its state-of-the-art equipment and more private setting for smaller meetings or sessions. The Mango Tree Terrace, The Library Bar and The Rosewood Room all make the perfect spaces for corporate shop talk, with room to stretch out, grab a drink and toss ideas around.

No matter what environment you and your team are most productive in, we have a room and a package that will suit. And don’t worry about catering – we can keep you fed and well hydrated throughout with our special facility licence offering 8am-12am service. Our team is more than happy to work with you to create a menu that will satisfy any dietary or cultural requirements your staff or guests may have.

All of our spaces are interconnected and can be hired either individually or as part of a package should you require extra space. And don’t forget: while weekends are always popular dates for corporate functions here at Hillstone, we also strongly encourage mid-week events. Our “Wednesday is the new Saturday” package offers fantastic value for money on some of our most popular venues and services during the week.

Plus, every space we have is outfitted with the latest in audio visual technology, allowing you to screen movies, run slideshows, play audio, host video calls and more easily communicate ideas.
