Hillstone offers a wide range of venues for gala dinner events of any size. The largest and most popular of our gala venues is the Grand View Room, a 500-seat space constructed and decorated with both comfort and opulence in mind. Better yet, the room has been constructed without columns so any live performances will have a full, unobstructed view.

The Rosewood Room also makes a fabulous gala space for a smaller but no less discerning crowd, and many of our smaller spaces such as The Library Bar, The Mango Tree Terrace and The Boardroom can be hired on the night for a bit of extra room to move, extra spaces for socialising, or just a quiet spot for guests to escape the crowd.
