As a nation of Barbeque cooks, we’re pretty content with a nice cut of meat thrown on the barbey, a hint of salt and pepper and of course plated with our favourite condiments. For those of us who have mastered the BBQ cook, well done you are a rare breed!

Because achieving consistency and perfection is not an easy task. In fact, any BBQ cook has plated up more than once a chewy steak or cremated sausage just hoping it’s edible. We definitely haven’t reached our potential as a BBQ nation.
