There’s so much more to cooking seafood than peeling prawns and pan frying. Have you reached your full potential? It can be a tricky cuisine to master when trying new techniques.

Preparing and de-boning fillets, flavour matching, garnishes and fool proof techniques are just a few skills to be covered in this sumptuous cooking class, with plenty of taste testing along the way. Whatever the technique, we’ll show seafood the respect if deserves whilst maximising all those wonderful flavours.
