We’re taking hundred acre bar cuisine to new heights in this year’s Seasonal Dinner Italian Feast. Expect a wonderful sharing experience with authentic Italian food in a long table feast, true to culture and form.
This dinner is all about sharing – from the adventurous 30 years we’ve had in Brisbane’s hospitality to the intricate knowledge and detail of Italian cooking and everything plated on the night.
Handmade pastas, the best seasonal produce, a first-class Italian menu and original presentation reflect the ethos of this event ‘we’ll be doing everything the Italian way’. Our cellar doors will open on the night, treating you to the ultimate Magnum experience thanks to our Directors Hans Pettersson and Jens Holland, who will also be dining with you.
And the finishing touches – great conversation, plenty of laughs, and some wonderful wines well-paired with the regional dishes.
