The hundred acre bar is never short of fun events over summer, but this year there’s something different on the calendar.

The Aperol on the Green popup is perfectly positioned in The Pavilion overlooking the Garden Golf putting green and St Lucia Golf Links.

The Spritz bar will be open Fridays through Sunday serving summer in a glass.

Sip and Putt away the summer afternoons with a Spritz or two. If you’re feeling peckish, we will also be serving up a range of perfectly paired Spritz inspired food including:

• honey + aperol glazed chicken | sticky orange sauce
• brisket + bread | mums worcestershire sauce
• charcoal roasted strawberries | balsamic glaze | chocolate mousse
• aperol sorbet | candied orange

Even better, every Sunday arvo, things will be turned up a notch with Aperol’s Sunday Sessions. The afternoons will be about sweet tunes, good vibes and—of course—refreshing cocktails.
