Fundraising and registered charity events at Hillstone.

Finding the perfect venue for a charity event can feel like a chore. But we solve that problem for you with our numerous well-appointed spaces. We’re located in the perfect location for your next fundraiser or charity event, with carefully curated lighting and décor to provide an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication.

Our central city location makes Hillstone one of the most popular options for charity venue hire in Brisbane. We offer 200 free onsite parking spaces so your guests don’t have to worry about transport or parking too far from the venue, especially when they’ll be dressed in their best.

We’re happy to allow sponsored beverages, including champagne cocktails on arrival and drinks throughout the evening. Should you require coordination to set up any raffles, displays, auctions or equipment, we’re happy to help facilitate. Hillstone’s experience in hosting charity and fundraising events is unparalleled – our Directors Jens and Hans have been hosting such events since founding the company in 1986, and we’re delighted to put over 30 years of experience to work for you on your special day or night.

Book your next fundraiser with us.

We have 4 spaces available for fundraising events of all sizes. We can accommodate for guest lists anywhere from 30 to 1000 people, and many of our venues are interconnected, allowing for a consistent atmosphere from room to room. Our venues are also wheelchair accessible with private restrooms, and we can accommodate both indoor and outdoor events.

For most charity and fundraising events, we strongly recommend The Grand View Room, our largest and most popular venue. The Grand View Room can be arranged to suit guest lists of any size, seated or standing, and can accommodate events of any kind, be it an auction, a raffle or a black tie dinner and fundraiser. Let us know what you’re thinking of – we’re happy to work with you to create the ultimate event.

Charity golf days.

Our charity golf days are among our most popular social events, getting everyone out on our beautiful golf course and holding competitions. These are a less formal affair overall, perfect for corporate family fundraisers, allowing attendees to have a laugh, mingle and enjoy themselves on the links before heading back to our restaurant hundred acre bar after the game for drinks and socialising.
