Introducing Mark Penna..
We have a new Executive Chef, Mark Penna with Michelin star experience that’s cooked for celebrities Matt Damon and Liam Hemsworth, and the Duke of Wellington. This is Mark Penna’s first tailored menu at our venue. He knows what works, his standards are high, and he’s not holding back with an upmarket menu boasting fresh, flavoursome, produce driven dishes.
