  • Duck Pancakes, shredded wombok, bean sprouts, crisp singapore noodles, pickled ginger, sesame & chili oil
  • Classic Tomat o Bruschetta toasted sourdough, sticky balsamic, garlic oil & crumbled feta

  • Tasmanian salmon hazelnut crusted, warmed garden bean & kipflers potato, citrus baked ricotta & cloudberry crème
  • Chicken mignon semi dried tomato & feta filling on roast garlic & prosciutto colcannon with fig chutney
  • Eye fillet celeriac mash, oven dried grape tomatoes & shitake jus
  • Porcini risotto roasted pumpkin, silverbeet, dried roma tomatoes, Italian parmesan & black truffle oil
